  6. PMBSBulletin displays news bulletins to a Prometheus-User.
  7. Each bulletin is displayed in its own colorful window.
  8.  
  9. PMBSBulletin has these features:
  10.  
  11. * display up to 20 different bulletins, each in it's own window
  12.  
  13. * window colors (text, borders, backgrounds) may be selected
  14.   individually
  15.  
  16. * bulletins may be displayed only to members of certain user groups
  17.  
  18. * bulletins are centered automatically using the user's 'maximum line
  19.   numbers' entry in his config file or may be positioned on an
  20.   absolute position provided by the Sysop
  21.  
  22. * new bulletins may be connected to a certain date
  23.  
  24.  
  25. Since PMBS is a German bbs system, PMBSBulletin uses only German for
  26. it's internal texts. Foreign versions may be requested from the
  27. author!
  28.  
  29. The .guide file in this archive is German only as well!
